I am writing to bring attention a significant issue regarding the accuracy of the information listed for my business on the ZoomInfo.com platform.The information provided by ZoomInfo.com is wildly incorrect, and it has resulted in severe repercussions for my business. We have experienced lost business opportunities and financial losses due to people contacting the wrong place as a result of the inaccuracies in our listing.
Moreover, we have never voluntarily requested a listing on ZoomInfo.com to to begin with.
I urge ZoomInfo to take immediate action to rectify this situation. It is imperative that the information on the ZoomInfo.com platform be removed or at least accurately represent my business to avoid further confusion and financial impact.What will ZoomInfo.com propose for compensation in my loss of business?

- - ZOOM INFO lists owner titles like 'The Big Cheese' and 'Just call me Kahuna'.
- - The financial chart shown is imaginary and not based on data.
A client advised me to take a look on ZOOM INFO about my company. When I looked it up it showed the owner's title as: The Big Cheese", "Just call me Kahuna".
The financial hart posted was a creation of someone's imagination. Having contacted the company several times to remove my listing and asking where the information came from or who at ZOOM fabricated this information I've yet to get a response. What I did learn was even more frightening. They have no financial information on my company but used their company's ALOGRITHIM to create a financial profile for my company.
Not even close to accurate or bearing any resemblance It's appears ZOOM INFO Fabricates its information to sell as accurate depictions to it's member base for a fee!!!! Be aware, and yes there are laws about this!!!

Preferred solution: Apology in writing to me. Apology about the misinformation posted on my company on ZOOM INFO's website. AND, if I need to bring this matter to legal counsel, ZOOM INFO Pays for any and all legal and additional expenses Insurance Agency.

Zoom Info has the worst customer service

Zoom Info has the worst customer service and they put inaccurate information online about you and your company. They even had me as an owner.
When I left an email on their site, the "customer service" person (he called himself Matt) was derogatory and would not help resolve the issue so I just told him to delete it. They scan the internet for your information and put it online.
Worst customer service EVER! Everyone should delete thier account.
He said over 250,000 people have changed their own profile.
Not user friendly to do either. I just cancelled it as should you.
